      PRODUCT PERFECT, [...] PACKING BAD. YOU SENT OPEN PACKAGE WITH HARDWARE LOOSE IN THE BOX, THE BOX HAD A HOLE IN IT, SO TWO OF THE NUTS WAS MISSING FROM THE OPEN PACKAGE. HAD TO TAKE TIME OUT TO BUY NEW NUTS.
