This works excellent when slow trolling for crappies with the trolling motor. A minnow or jig both work well.

Upon receipt of the rods I found them to be exactly what I wanted except the picture of the pole and reel shows a spinning reel but I recieved closed faced spinning reels instead. If you want spinning reels I don't think Gander can supply them though the Zebco web site shows that they have both.
