Comments about Wright and McGill Wright McGill Skeet Reese Victory Spinning Reel, 8/155:

I purchased 4 of these skeet reese spinning reels [2500 x2, 3000 x2] when they were on sale roughly a year ago. The bails on all of them tend to flip closed mid-cast about once every 100-150 casts or so. This has resulted in some broken line and lost lures.
I had the front drag knob strip also. I have since taken all 4 off and put the older Okuma and Shimanos back on. I plan on returning them soon.
