            • Q:

              there is a warning sticker on this product stating "do not occupy seat when speed exceeds 5 MPH. Avoid injuries from dislodged seat." What is the purpose of this item if not to bolt a seat to and sit in it? If this can not even hold up to 5 MPH, then how is it expected to withstand someone sitting and leaning on it while fishing? Are people suppose to sit on the floor of the boat instead of this product? If Overtons is going to sell this "poor quality" of a device without disclosing that in the online documentation / product page, why should I give you my buisiness? I purchased 4 of these expecting to put them to use, and now I'm extremely concerned for the safety of my passengers. Please explain.
