I used the new winch strap to replace the old one that was well worn. The workmanship on this one
was far superior to the old one I removed. It should last a long time.

To connect the new strap, completely unwind the old strap and disconnect from the winch bolt. Run the winch bolt through the new strap, and crank the new strap back up around the winch.Answered on 5/27/2009 by Ryan from Overtons
