            I wanted a quick way to make burgers to freeze for storage. This item works well. You can adjust the thickness of the patties. The patties come out of the press fairly easily. It comes apart easily which makes it very easy to clean. I've found that if you freeze the burgers individually (on a baking pan) for an hour or two, then put them into a freezer bag, they won't stick together as much.

            Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

            don't forget to cut wax paper before using - makes it easier to separate patties once frozen! I live in a Travel Trailer, performing Volunteer work across the USA so space is at a premium for me and this press stores easy, and I can make up 4 patties, freeze them and I am ready to grill them! Wonderful product - wish I had bought one sooner!
