This is a great product with very sturdy construction. Using with raw veggies like potatoes, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, or turnips and controlling your ingredients and cooking methods will allow you to create healthier home cooked meals. The unit is fairly large and will take up a fair amount of cabinet space when not in use. Some strength is required when using, so sticking it to a sturdy low table or a wall will give you more leverage to slice tough or large veggies. Suction cups really lock well to smooth countertops like polished stone, but tabs on the cups are provided to allow easier removal when intended. Overall, I'm very pleased with this product!
