Comments about Tri-Tronics G3 EXP Pro 200 Electronic Dog Trainer:
Fantastic tool for off-leash training. For best results I would not use a shock-collar on any dog that did not already understand the basics in on-leash training. (Heal, sit, down and stay.) First you want there to be a desire for the dog to work with the handler before starting with shock training. Always remember the "One Direction" "One Correction" Rule of dog training!
Best results will come from keeping the controller hidden from the dog while administering a correction. (In pocket, or behind your back.) Do not point it at the dog like a TV remote when giving a correction or the dog could begin to associate the correction with the controller rather than the inappropriate behaviour. Great variety in correction levels. Ideal for adjusting to any size or type of dog. Nice to be able to train multiple dogs with one controller. Both collar and controller stay charged for a long period of time. (Many days between charges) Incredible Range.
