Q:How far down below the frame does this hang? Measurement from bottom of frame to ground when installed and cranked all the way up.Asked on 4/14/2015 by rocktoy
When the Trailer Valet is in the down position, the trailer tongue will be about 14" from the ground. When the Trailer Valet is in the up position (parallel to the frame), it is about 4" below the trailer frame.

Q:We move a 21 ft Yamaha jet boat on a dual wheel trailer in and out of our garage but must make a more than 90 degree turn to get it in or out. We normally have to literally kick the wheel on our current swivel jack to get it to turn - which has resulted in failure and now we are replacing. Will this Jack make the turn? It does not look like the wheel will rotate and that was not one of the demonstrations in the video.Asked on 9/7/2014 by shannen from canton Ga
Yes. The Trailer Valet wheel has the ability to turn 180 degrees. However, tandem axle trailers have more resistance than single axle trailers, so please use caution when when turning the trailer.

Q:will this work with a 20 ft boat on a single axle trailer on a non cement area (mostly dirt)?Asked on 5/29/2014 by Karla
Yes. The Valet Jack will work on your single axle trailer. If the dirt is very soft or loose it may not work as well as it is intended too.

Q:I need this to move a 17ft. bass boat in and out of a parking area that is too tight for vehicle hook up. Roughly 10 feet in distance, on about a 15% incline. Will it do the job?
ThanksAsked on 12/17/2013 by Wade from Crewe, VA
A:It depends on what the trailer/tongue weights are on your boat, but as long as it is under the 5000lb max trailer weight and 500lb max tongue weight, this item should work perfect for you. It will certainly make steering the trailer in and out of a tight parking spot much easier.
