Ok, I had an extremely hard time getting these over the PVC tubing. We had to spray WD-40 on the inside of the tubes first to lubricate it. Also taking the sleeve off helped. We actually ripped one of the cushions trying to get it on it was that hard. I'm not sure if the size I purchased was to small or what. But we did manage to get them on and they are very nice. At least I don't have to worry about them getting stolen!

Comments about Regal Connection Trailer Guide Pads, 2" inner dia., pair:
Replacing pads that were missing on used inboard I purchased. These pads were easy to install and provided the protection needed when loading the boat on the trailer. Only issues I have is I thought they would be thicker but probably error on my part.

Comments about Regal Connection Trailer Guide Pads, 2" inner dia., pair:
Do yourself a favor and get the bigger size. If you have 2 in poles like I build for these pads, you will fight them for hours. My wife ended up with Blisters trying to get one on. I ended up pulling them on with vice grips. Yes vice grips. It took me 2 hours to get one on and a lot of swear words. If I wasn't leaving for a trip this week I would have sent them back for the bigtger size.
