Comments about Shademate Traditional Sunbrella Pontoon Bimini Top, 1-1/4" Standard Frame, 90"-96"W:
This was a replacement top for my 1981 Lowe 18' pontoon. It held up great on the lake traveling at high speeds. It was easy to install to the exesting pontoon frame. The time to open and store is very minimal . I would highly suggest this top for the price.

Comments about Shademate Traditional Sunbrella Pontoon Bimini Top, 1-1/4" Standard Frame, 90"-96"W:
I had a pro install it, so I can't address ease or difficulty in that regard.
The fabric is heavy, but still flexible; the frame also is quite sturdy, but also very easy to open and close.

[...] Took a lot longer than expected to assemble and is NOT a one person job by any means. However it was surprisingly easy to install once assembled. Very nice replacement top.

Top is easy to install and looks great
Slight difficulty in getting light wires threaded. End get hung up on screws placed thru aluminum tubing.
Had to send wire thru and pull light wires thru with that.

Q:
I am looking for a bimini for my Harris kayot deck boat. It is not a pontoon boat but set up like one except we don't have aluminum railing. Would a pontoon Bimini or boat Bimini work best for us??Asked on 7/7/2012 by Tammy from Michigan0 answers
Q:
What does this product look like when it's closed? Does it fold down flat? We have a lift for our pontoon and want to be able to easily put up and take down the bimini. Thanks.Asked on 7/29/2009 by Anonymous1 answer

Q:
Have a couple of questions.
1. Where do I find listings for just the top I don't need the frame.
2. Are the tops zippered for easy attachment to an existing frame?Asked on 7/7/2009 by Rob1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
You would need to call tech support at 1-888-683-7866 for just the top. We do not publicly list them. You also will not be able to fit these to any frame but the ones they are made for. They are Marine Mooring frames.Answered on 1/14/2010 by Bryant from Tech
