Q:is this base on this item covered with vinyl or is it plastic?
also can you tell me what the heigth is from the floor where it sits to the top of the seat where you sit?Asked on 7/14/2009 by rick from ellsworth, KS
A:The base is made out of plastic and covered in vinyl. The height of the base is 10 inches and the seat is probably 3-5 inches tall to where you would be sitting, but the back rest is 28 inches tall.Answered on 1/22/2010 by Justin from Overton's Technician
