Comments about Tie Down Engineering Tie Down Modular Bunk Glide-Ons:
The thought of putting the boat back on the trailer use to prevent me from enjoying the whole boating experience. These low friction glide covers make trailering the boat a snap, like half the time i use to spend. They also screw in from the side so your boat does not get scratched up from screws backing out(good design).

Comments about Tie Down Engineering Tie Down Modular Bunk Glide-Ons:
When it was time to replace the carpet on my boat trailer bunks, I was looking for an alternative that would allow the boat to get off the trailer a little easier at our local ramp that has lower water levels. These glides were just what I needed. I took the opportunity to replace the 2x6's at the same time, which made the installation even easier.
I simply removed the old carpeted bunks, lined up the bolt holes and drilled holes in the new boards. I mounted the glides to the new boards and installed them on the trailer. The entire process took a little over an hour for two bunks.
This product works well on my 21 foot fiberglass bowrider.
