Comments about Tie Down Engineering Tie Down Eliminator 10" Disc Brake Kit:
I needed to replace the brakes on a used boat trailer that I had recently purchased. The old brake system was corroded and badly rusted. The actuator was not working properly because the brake lines had failed. From start to finish had the new disc brake system and actuator installed and test driven in less than two hours. Now my towing vehile stops much quicker than before. Great product! Highly recommend this product and it's easy instructions.

Comments about Tie Down Engineering Tie Down Eliminator 10" Disc Brake Kit:
This kit was about as easy to install as anything I've done to my boat, exceeded expectations. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee with a tow package and had to tow my boat several hundred miles, highway and city. I went out of my way to by-pass Monteagle, TN, if I knew what I know now,I would have taken the short route over the mountain. This is why I put the brakes on. A couple times I had to rely on the trailer stopping it's self, we stopped on a dime. I forgot it was behind me.

Comments about Tie Down Engineering Tie Down Eliminator 10" Disc Brake Kit:
Installed this kit today on my 2010 Shoreland'r boat trailer. Everything fit like it was made for this trailer. Only thing that was time consuming was feeding the brake line from the actuator through the frame to the right hand caliper. Bleeding the system was very easy. When finished, I took it out for a test drive and was very pleased with how it performed. It was like I had no trailer behind me.
