Product Description
Providing a 15' x 15' "Bug-Free" zone, ThermaCELL is cordless, odor-free, and up to 98% effective! Great for backyards, camping, hunting, fishing, and more. ThermaCELL works by heating a mat saturated with mosquito repellent. As the mat is heated, the repellent is released into the surrounding area. ThermaCELL has also been shown to be effective against black flies, no-see-ums, and sand flies. The appliance is EPA approved, does not contain DEET, and has no open flames. Operates on a single butane cartridge (included). Original ThermaCELL Repellent comes with 3 mats to provide 12 hours of protection. Olive MR-GJ and Realtree APG camo MR-TJ models have a quiet on/off turn dial instead of switch. Weighs 0.7 lbs. This thing works like MAGIC ! I've used all kinds of stuff and Thermocell is the best working by far. It can get kind of expensive to use for pads and propane cartridges if you use it a lot but it's worth it.Only complaint is that my igniter doesn't work anymore.I figure I got two complete summers free of mosquitos and I used this almost every night.I'm going to Gander for a new one tomorrow .

took this to canada on a fishing trip. it rained for 2 weeks. the mosquitos and black flies were horendous. we hung it between the door and window of the rv and had hours bug free. we could see the bugs flying nearby and then turn away. we had an enclosure for our boat and the flies started collecting terribly. we hung the therma cell and had hours of no bugs. we had a screen tent but the insects did get into it. we hung the therma cell in it and could visit with our friends and eat in comfort without the insects. would recommend this highly. it's small, lightweight and very easy to use. sure made our rainy vacation more enjoyable. be sure to take refills with you. thank you, from indiana

This product is well worth the money. During hunting season this is a must have, or if your just out on back deck enjoying a meal. This product is wonderful for use anytime you are outdoors.

Thermacell works great. I bought this for hunting. I was getting eaten alive before I fired up the thermacell. After the thermacell was on for about 10 minutes, ABSOLUTELY ZERO BUGS!! As always, Gander Mountain is awesome with their free shipping!

Works well in calm conditions. The new design let's you lash the unit as yo see fit. The new style holster is a nice addition. If you love the outdoors and don't like bug spray this product is for you.
