        Comments about Teleflex Sahara 6-Gauge Set:

        Nice product; easy to install eventhough the installation notes seem to have been written in a language other than english and are not well translated / aren't very clear. Gauges' color
        is tan and not white as it appears on the pictures. The edge of the gauges look like metal on product picture but is actually black plastic.
        In my case the gauges were installed on a mastercarft prostar skiboat in under an hour.

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

            the trim guage does not come in the set but it is offered seperately as: item number 71269 for mercury outboards and mercruiser inboard/outboard aka sterndrive. Also item number 71271 is the trim guage for Johnson/Evinrude outboards and their sterndrive equivelent, OMC sterndrive applications. They run $25

            A:

            Thyese guages will work on any engine that runs any alternator except 20 pole alternators for the tach, your fuel sending unit must be calibrated to a range of 33-240 ohms, the speedometer reads pitot tube sending units and ranges from 0-65mph. As long as your engine runs those specs you will be fine to use these gauge sets.
