Product Description
teleflex These very low profile bezels follow the curve of the lens to eliminate water trapping. Scratch-resistant domed glass lenses shed water. Through-dial and perimeter lighting provides excellent readability at night. Tachometer and speedometer require 3-3/8" dia. hole. Gauges require 2-1/8" dia. hole.

This 6-gauge set includes tachometer, speedometer kit, fuel gauge, voltmeter, water temperature gauge, and oil pressure gauge.

          I am refubershing an old , but sturdy boat. Some adjustments had to be made in the wireing of the gauges, but over all they look like the orignals and work as well as the orignal. I had to have some thing reliable for the 140 horse inboard.

              Pretty much they work with all engine models but most Force engines, because they run on 20 poll alternators and these gauges will not.

              In short you could though it would have to be wired differently and it tells you different info. Amp meters tells you how much current or power you are drawing off the battery. While volt meter monitors battery charge level and indicates that alternator is charging the system when engine is running. Most boats have voltmeter. Amp meter is more helpful if you want to know how much power you are drawing if you have a lot of electrical accessories pulling power. Ex. Radio / heater fan / GPS /lights /radar ect.
