Product Description
trac A convenient, clean way to drain engines with hard-to-reach plugs. This self-priming hand pump creates a powerful vacuum to remove oil, fuel, coolant, transmission fluid, or other noncorrosive liquid. Easily used on all types of motors, watercraft, and vehicles, this extractor has a tethered cap and easy-pour spout for simple discharge. Includes three 48" extraction tubes (1/4", 5/16", and 1/2") to fit any dipstick tube.

          Comments about TRAC 3L Fluid/Oil Extractor:

          Instructions said 20 pumps would be required for effective engine oil extraction. After at least 60 pumps, oil did finally begin to extract, not into the reservoir but out the pump handle opening. After cleaning old engine oil off myself and the boat floor, I succumbed to draining oil from the oil pan plug. I definitely do not recommend this item.

                The extractor did the job with no mess - very easy to use and in a small package.
                Be prepared to take a while if you are extracting oil thru the dip stick - it is a slow process but does the job.
