Comments about Whitecap T-Handle Locking Latch:
They look good but they do not work. They have a plastic internal locking mechanism and only takes very little effort to turn the handle when in locked position and the plastic "gears" give up and you can unlock the hatch.

does this t- handle latch mount flush ,my opening is 2 1\4in. also my old latch is square this one is round. will this work?Asked on 1/5/2010 by louis from peoria, az.1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
This product does mount pretty flush depending on the cam distance on the back of the t-handle. there are 3 or 4 different cams that we can get on the back of the latches that you can view at www.whitecap.com. Unfortunately though circular shaped latches do not fit into square cutouts. You would need to build back up the fiberglass and then after it has had a chance to cure properly then you can make your new cutout in the door or hatch this is being installed into.Answered on 1/6/2010 by Justin from Overton's Technician

Q:
will this latch fit a ranger sport 70 bass boat?Asked on 8/25/2009 by ed1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
We do not have that kind of information. We would have to know what size you need and then we would match it from there. We do not know what latch fits what boat.Answered on 9/4/2009 by Chad @ Overton's from Greenville, NC
