            This is a great combo knife which will be useful in cleaning and butchering deer and turkeys etc.
            I bought it after turkey season had ended so didn't get to use it but the design is sound , the blades are sharp and I expect excellent performance.

                          I was given this knife for , um, Mother's day, and was unsure how a straighter skinning blade would compare to the traditional curved blade of a skinning hook... But was pleasantly surprised at the ease of use, versatile positioning and confidence that the knife wasn't going to "pop" the gut. I do deer processing for friends and others in our area and the knife didn't let me down. It made skinning easy and quick.
                          The only drawback I found is that the skinning blade is difficult to sharpen. We did figure out a way to do it, but it was a bit tedious.
