      So disappointed in these. We had an old pair of these that we lost on a trip. It was larger and longer and better overall, but we were happy to have a replacement. We used the new combo 2 maybe 3 times, and the screw holding the two pieces together broke. I bought three pairs of these at once. If the other two hold up as poorly, I'm done.

            I bought this product for my dad, who does a lot of outdoor fish fries. He needed something that would not damage the fish when he pulls it out of the frier. He likes the flat part because it helps him separate pieces of fish that stick together during the cooking process.
