Q:Will this charge a 12 volt deep cycle Battery? How long will it take? Can it be hooked up to 2 batteries?Asked on 6/3/2015 by Robert from Richmond, MN, 56368
Yes. This would be perfect for charging your deep cycle battery. It is hard to estimate the charging time as there are many variables to take into consideration, such as weather conditions, angle of the sun and the condition of the battery. No, it is not recommended to use a single 20-watt solar charger for a two bank system. You will need to double the number of solar panels for a two bank system.
