Two in one design saves from having to buy multiple items. Great price with coupon code!
It fits a 1 1/2" pipe which is 1 7/8" on the outside.
Use 3/8" carriage bolt.
The site was not real clear on these numbers so I bought the wrong bolts.
A TIP: bought the carriage bolts, washer plates and nuts elsewhere online for half the price.
