Q:Will this product take off caked wax??Asked on 7/1/2009 by Anonymous
A:This product is a stain remover. You would most likely need some type of tool with a hard edge to scrape off excess wax...being careful not to damage the finish.Answered on 7/7/2009 by Matt from Overtons
A:Taking off excess wax or wax build-up is best done while the boat is out of the water. Use a good marine quality buffing compound and an electric or air powered hand-held buffing machine with a wool pad. This should remove your wax as well as polish your hull. Then apply a new coating of wax!Answered on 12/28/2009 by Boat guy from Indiana
