Good product but I did't need all three steps this time but it was only packaged with all three. Might use the cleaners more next time. Easy to apply with rag. Was satisfied with how oil coated, but our wood deck on our boat will have to be coated again in the spring. Not much odor. Wasn't sticky & didn't leave a messy residue.
