Comments about Windline Sport/Diver Boarding Ladder, 4-Step:
Very nice ladder, heavy duty should out last the boat. I purchased the longer one because all ladders I have used in the past only come to my knee level and with this one I have no problem catching the first rung when exiting the water with full scuba gear.

An attachment plate/block attaches with 4 bolts not supplied. the ladder then drops into a slot on the plate and latches into place. Mine is mounted on a Lund Pro Sport on the left Transom.Answered on 8/23/2011 by bernie from dayton ohio
Q:
Is there anything made to extend this divers ladder out far enough from the transom of a boat when the boat has a swim platform also attached?
I'm looking at the 4 rung ladder.
