              Had to file on trim to allow prop to fit. 1 blade okay, 2 were too large.

                  The prop was easy to install. The set up is slightly different than my original prop. The outer thick hub washer was seperate, where the original was one piece. Look in the bottom of the packing box for the outer hub washer and locking washer.

                  I also remove and grease the prop each year. It makes these jobs easier.

                    I have a 18' cruiser with a 4.3 alpha one and this prop gets me to my top speed at WOT perfectly with the pitch and size. Very good get up and go also. Very nice product

                            My 18.5 foot bayliner with the old prop did 34 mph
                            & with the new prop with the same pitch did 38.5.
                            It planes out better faster.

                                The 4.3L has plenty of power, the 23p willgive you more top speed,
                                the 21p will be better for pulling a skier or a kneeboarder out of the water.
