Comes complete with DOT approved lighting, 5' adjustable carpeted bunk boards, boat winch and winch stand, 1-7/8" coupler with safety chains, MCO and VIN for easy state registration, and assembly instructions with a DVD overview, detailed photography, and clearly defined steps. 4.80 x 8 tires on galvanized wheels.     • A:

      Notice the information says it comes with a VIN number. You will need to take the vin # to the place where you get license tags. They will charge you a registration fee to register the VIN (vehicle identification number) and get a license plate. After it is registered, they will send you a title showing the VIN number registered to you.
