I bought a 2001 SeaDoo LRV on its original bunks and trailer. Launching required a large amount of physical exertion to get it on or off the trailer. I applied Slydz and now the ski slips on and off the trailer with ease. Application is easy but your fingers wear out quickly with the pump sprayer that is supplied. A trigger spay nozzle would defintely improve application ease. Definietly worth the money and much cheaper than new bunks.

I have had a hard time pulling my Jetski off of the bunks of my boat trailer. I do not have a sport utility vehicle to pull our Jetski, so we pull it with our Buick LaSabre. When backing into the lake, the Jetski is only about 1/3 of the way into the water. This makes it very hard to pull it off of the bunks which are dry. Spraying the Slydz-On on the bunks makes it easier to pull the Jetski off.

Comments about Marine Slides Slydz-On Spray-On Bunk Lubricant, 16 oz.:

Awesome product works as advertised. Really helps with loading and unloading. Would have given five stars if the application process wasn't so difficult. After using the finger sprayer for just a minute you will be looking for a new container with an easier, less hand cramping sprayer.

The bottle needs a trigger spray instead of the one finger pump. Finger fatigue and slow application with the present bottle.

We used this product on brand new bunk carpet so that may have had something to do with its effectiveness however, we also applied it 2 times and let dry before use. Overall I would not buy it again as it was not effective.

This product did help getting the pontoon boat off the trailer. I put the product on after launching and let it dry while out in the boat. The next time I launched it did make a difference in how hard it was to get the boat off. I think a spray bottle that has a grip type sprayer would be easier to use as the one finger thing gets tiring spraying long bunks.

Product does what it's supposed to do. 20' boat now loads much easier.

Manufacturer should go back to the handle bottle rather than the pump as it is takes a lot of time and tires your fingers out spraying enough to cover all of the bunks.

It is easy to use and works great. I have a 23' bow rider. It slides right on trailer with no resistance at all. I spray it on the first time out for the season and it stays working for the entire summer

Undoubtedly it would sure help if they were dry before you sprayed them to get the full effect and not be mixed with any water. I wait until just before I am going to reload my Jetski on the trailer after being on the lake. That way the bunks have had a good chance to dry out in the sunlight. The product seems to work well enough until I get a chance to install some rollers in place of the carpeted bunk boards.

Not really. Best to apply just after loading your craft into the water. Spray bunk areas liberally & let dry for about 30 minutes.
