        Comments about Shimano Voltaeus Uni-Fiber Rod, 6'6", Medium-Heavy, Fast-Action:

Bought it at the retail store in a size/ action (1 piece, 6'6", Medium Heavy) that has been a hard combination to find. It has great sensitivity, makes accurate long casts, and sets the hook with ease. When I have used a Mann's Shadow in the past, it was a little tricky to get a solid hook set on some fish. This rod drives the point home. Highly recommended for someone that doesn't want to spend a small fortune on a fishing rod.
