I'm using this rod for small river fishing where you just wouldn't have room to use a longer rod. I'm happy that it comes in a 5'6" light model as the fish I'll be catching are large and a ultra light would just not do. You can't beat it for durability. They are billed as a super sensitive rod and on that point I have to disagree. I find it about as sensitive as a club. Other than that its a great little rod for what I'm using it for.
