Will never buy a Shakespeare brand again

      Comments about Shakespeare Synergy Titanium Underspin Reel:

      I bought one of these at the end of last years fishing season, right out of the box the drag did not work. You could adjust all you wanted, but no drag at all.. the line would just break. Bought another on sale at the beginning of this season, the exact opposite problem, the drag would not tighten. Had a last minute trip come up a few weeks ago, and tried it again (memory lapse), and again, the drag would not tighten at all.. 3 Reels in a row that were bad right out of the box. I emailed Shakespeare[...]Stay away. The low price is enticing, but they are not worth a dime. Lesson learned.. finally.
