Hi..like the fins over-all but for a 68 year old grandma they are a little heavy and stiff..calfs hurt after a day of snorkling in the ocean..will give them to granddaughter 12...

      The supplier gives the sizes in men's shoe sizing. To convert to a women's size you add 2 sizes to the men's sizes. They are as follows in men's sizes.
      small= 4-7
      medium= 7-10
      large= 10-13
      x-large= 13-15
