The FastHawk Tomahawk fills the need for a versatile tool for breaching operations, excavation, obstacle removal, extraction, and other utility applications. Lighter and more agile than its Tactical Tomahawk sibling, the FastHawk offers power and versatility in a smaller package. The 420 stainless steel head with Hardcased coating is mounted to the Ballistic Polymer handle with heavy-duty bolts and a steel ferrule for additional handle reinforcement. Carried in a nylon sheath. The FastHawk is a universal tool for all types of modern applications. Weighs only 19 oz. Overall length: 12.5". Blade length: 2".

Seems like a quality item...haven't used it yet. I bought it from the store and had to return it because of a porosity in the blade edge, the new one has it too. Seems like the only weak point but it's the edge that will get the main use.

I am so using this when the apocalypse happens!!! It's nice and lightweight, perfect for hacking at a zombie brainstem. Dead- INSTANTLY. I practice on dummies and the only problem I see happening is that bits of cloth gets stuck in the tiny holes---Two words, Zombie Guts.
