This tough rigid wheel is stress, crack, and impact-resistant and provides excellent performance in low temperatures. Rolls easily over virtually any terrain and will not rust on the axle.             I installed these wheels on my dock that I sometimes moved 3 times a weekend (the water fluctuates rapidly on my lake). I tie the end of the dock to the golf cart and pull it in and tie it. When untied with a little shove it moves down the bank and into the water where I tie it again and leave it so it isn't high and dry when I return.

            Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

                    better to use aluminum, galvanized will rust over time especially at the cut end of the pipe. Once you build up rust the wheel won't turn and you will have a hard time removing it from the pipe/axel.
