The product is a nice design but after only wearing them twice the design has started to wear off. Overall I'm not happy about that but the flip flop it self is a reliable Reef product.

Service and delivery comments:

My delivery of this product was great, I also ordered another set at the same time that was everything but good service. They were late after I recieved an email confirming the shipment delivery date, then was mislead by no other then a customer service rep. Once I recieved a phone call from the person in charge of drop shipments and him and I spoke for a few minutes only then was a the least bit satisfied. He reassured me that my product had shipped told me when it would arrive and gave me his personal ext. in case I had anymore questions or ever ordered anything ever again. For him I am thankful and I think he deserves special recognition, at the moment I do not have his ext. or name in front of me but you should be able to figure it out with your records of who called me. Lets just hope this makes it to him and doesn't fall thru the cracks as the rest of my contacting you did.

This is the perfect flip flop for the islands. Slip on and walk down the beach. Feels really comfy.
