I tried to use this product, but have been dissatisfied with it. The fender line doesn't grip easily. Also, the line is only held against the locking teeth with a small piece of plastic that broke easily. I should have gone for the Fendergrips, and lost a fender to save a few bucks. Live and learn.

Make it easy to adjust fenders for different dock heights, easy on and off, much better than trying to tie up and adjust fenders with just a rope, frees up extra rope for use in securing boat.
