Radar's Vector FeatherFrame is the first boot system to completely integrate the mounting system, base plate and comfort outer shell all into a single component. No screws or plates are attached to the newest, lightest boot system in the industry. The FeatherFrame is amazingly light without sacrificing the structural integrity of the chassis. In addition to the streamlined effectual design, it moves your foot closer to the ski for improved feel and performance. The foot cradle in the FeatherFrame has improved torsional foothold over its predecessor by eliminating lateral foot movement inside the shell. This chassis reduces the skis overall weight allowing for more ski control with less work. A taller cuff height gives great lateral stability and the 3-D molded tongue with double lacing offers firm support, controlling forward pressure. A narrower chassis and new medium density footbed with a more defined heel cup and arch combined with a softer overall flex provides for a better fit and increased comfort.
