Product Description
radar True toeside and heelside carves on the Radar Satori make stable transitions into smooth acceleration and wake crossings easy with this ski. Riding a freeski is different from riding a traditional slalom ski. Controlled Tru-Flex tip-to-tail keeps your weight centered for a surfer-type feel. Whether you're behind a ski boat or a wake boat, you'll be slashing through the water or running the course with ease on the Satori slalom ski. Starts on the Satori are easy, consisting of no drag and familiar balance. Even if you've never skied before, the Satori will make you feel like you're a seasoned pro. Comments about Radar Satori Slalom Waterski:

Base effort is a Connelly Pilot or a slalom of a combo set. Rider is an amateur who started slalom skiing at 13 behind a 25hp Whaler with an O'Brien Alpha Centauri. I'm in ok shape now, but don't last too many cuts behind the boat.
The HO Freeride is 2x less effort to ride and is very twitchy, otherwise known as maneuverable. The rear makes a humming sounds when cutting. Feels fairly planted after making a wake jump.
The Radar Satori is 4x less effort to ride, being longer, wide at the tail, and completely flat. Still fun to cut, just not as deep in the water as a Freeride. Get bigger air as well. Still can't ride it as long as wakeboard, but substantially less effort than normal skis.
If you want competition like performance, go with the HO Freeride. If you want to ride twice as long as the Freeride, and do bigger jumps, go with the Radar Satori.
If you or anyone has trouble getting up on these skis, get the V-bridle like Gladiator Slalom Trainer Ski Rope. You don't notice the V once you're up.
