This Alloy Vapor slalom ski is the same great shape as the all new Lithium Vapor, but with a slightly softer core and a combination of carbon and fiberglass. This makes the ski very easy to control, while still ripping turns through the slalom course or throwing up walls with your friends at sunset. The blend of carbon and fiberglass tones the ski down enough to allow skiing on rougher water, but you still have the same high-end shape that the pros are using. Radar's new rockerline is closer to continuous without giving up the sweet spot underneath the front foot. The earlier rising rocker allows for a tighter turn radius while remaining stable. The Alloy Vapor's sidecut is parallel with .1" added to each side of the ski without making the maximum width any wider. One bevel running the length of the ski ensures one consistent feel from tip to tail. The slalom ski's 5-speed rail in front of the wide spot gives a stopping point for overcommitment from the skier or support when you need it. The Alloy Vapor's edge-to-edge concave allows for better roll from the ski and a sweet offside turn like you've never felt before.
