Worth the money
These are tough rodholders, easy to adjust, and easy to get rods in or out. I'm a cheapskate and I think these are worth the money, especially from GM [...]

Ram rod 2000 fishing rod holder
Not strong enough for very large salt water fish. Probably best for fresh water trolling.

Comments about National Products R-A-M Rod 2000 Fishing Rod Holder with Bulkhead Mounting Base:
I spend a lot of the time on the water fishing tournaments, putting on tournaments, and family fishing. I have tried several brands/types of rod holders. This RAM rod holder is hands-down the best on the market. It is priced affordably, and is well worth it. They are easy to set up, and easy to use. My 6 and 10 year old children use these without any problems. My 1st set i purchased over 10 years ago is still going strong. These rod holders are extremely durable. You will never need to purchase another.

Comments about National Products R-A-M Rod 2000 Fishing Rod Holder with Bulkhead Mounting Base:
I use the with the rail mounts on the bow of my boat. I trail 2 lines with floats behind the boat and drop one straight down. This works really well. The holders are so adjustable you can get maximum separation on the lines.

I fish the mighty colorado river so the current is strong and I never worry about my rod holder holding up. What a great product. I get complements from all people who fish with me and I tell them I got it from Overtons.
