This AM/FM PLL tuning radio is designed with a USB interface for decoding MP3 and WMA files. The Pyle PLMR101 also has an aux input and SD/MMC slot. 30-station memory. LCD display. Encoder volume, bass, treble, balance, and fader control. 2-channel RCA line out. 4 x 50 watt output. Measures 7"W x 1.9"H x 6.3"D. Pyle PLMR101 AM/FM Radio Package includes remote control, water-resistant radio shield, and two 6.5" high quality dual cone speakers. These speakers feature a poly carbon cone, 1/2" neodymium dome tweeter, 1" high temperature voice coil, and 120 watts peak power. The USB flash thumb drive allows you to transfer your music from your PC to your boat. This Pyle PLMR101 receiver does not have a CD player.

Not hard at all to install. Couldn't get anything wrong as the plugs will only go in one way. All the wiring was well labeled. I had to install a toggle switch so as not to risk running down the battery and as a safety, but that was entirely my choice...not a necessity. I got this stereo thinking that since it was on of the bottom of the price scale that it would probably not be fabulous...but I was surprised. It actually sounds really really good. Loud enough I can hear it with the boat moving, with just the two speakers. It doesn't offer much bass, but that is fixed easily. I was so excited that it sounded so good, I went out and got a couple more speakers to amplify its greatness. I am exceedingly happy with my stereo purchase so far! It can be low enough not to scare the fish away, and loud enough to attract a crowd at party time!

I read the reviews and most were very positive. My first one arrived and it didn't work at all. I rechecked my wiring using a multimeter and everything on my boat checked out fine. So I exchanged it for a new one thinking it was a fluke. The second one arrived and the panel lit up for 10 seconds then nothing. Now I'm debating wether the third time is a charm or if I should try a different model.

Do not buy this radio. Received first radio, installed and did not work. Customer service sent replacement next day, again radio did not work (does not turn on). Checked wires with volt meter and they had power, even hooked both radios directly to battery and did not turn on. Can't say enough good things though about Overton's customer service, they are great and why I will continue to purchase from Overton's (just not a Pyle radio ever again)

From the start this product was junk, I always had problems out of it, it never worked right. A few months after installing it stopped working i have checked all my wires i know its getting power its just garbage. Both the stereo and speakers are junk do not buy unless you wanna throw your money away.

You can use your Ipod if it has an AUXILIARY plug end that fits it. I used mine. It also has a receptacle for a FLASH drive and for a MEMORY CARD.
