Comments about Toonmate Premium Steering Console:

Replacing old wooden console on my 76 Boston Whaler Montauk. I choose this because it has multiple mounting points and it will allow me to customize the console to how I want it outfitted. I will work on it over the winter and install before next boating season. The large amount of access points to the inside will make this easy to work on and the construction appears to be very sound. I had thought it had a white finish but it will need to be sanded and painted, which is not a major thing. I am very satisfied with the console and am anxious to install it. My wife favored buying a new boat but once you have a Whaler, how do you say goodbye. This console will allow me to add more electronics and the storage capability it adds will be a definate plus.
