Product Description
polyplanar Poly-Planar's Premium series round integral grill speakers are ideal replacement speakers for boaters who want to upgrade to a waterproof design without changing the cutout size. The integral grills allow for simple, one-piece installation. The 4000 Series speakers combine a midrange polycarbonate cone with a 1" mylar tweeter for full range frequency response. They can handle 80 watts peak power per pair (40 watts RMS). These speakers feature a rugged waterproof design, teflon-coated wires, plastic grills, polypropylene cones, mylar tweeters, and plastic frames to provide years of trouble-free service. These speakers outlast ordinary speakers in the marine environment. Stainless steel mounting hardware is included. Sold in pairs. Two-year warranty.

    We used these speakers to replace the factory speakers in our Bayliner 225 BR. They fit the existing speaker cutouts perfectly with no need to drill additional holes. The sound quality is excellent and we found these speakers to be of exceptional value for the price. I would highly recommend these speakers.

        These are 4 ohm speakers. Similar to speakers for your car. 8 ohm speakers are generally for "home" usage.
