Comments about Dockmate Poly Anchor Line, 3/8" x 50':
It's inexpensive, and the snap hook on the end is convenient, and it worked for anchoring my ski boat for lunch in a 15 mph wind. Unlike the nylon anchor line options on this site, you can get it in a 50' length (which I prefer for my typical shallow water anchoring uses). However, it's polypropylene, so it tangles really easily (like a waterski rope) and doesn't have the elasticity of nylon, so I wouldn't rely on it in critical situations.
