                You sure can. We have had the original ball for several years now and we have always used our own ingredients. It is fun to use; however be aware that this ball is solid and if you attempt to punt it...well lets just say that you better be wearing steel toe boots if you do. Otherwise it is great. Just think, Ice Cream at camp! mmmmm
