                Used for lures and terminal tackle, best box I have EVER used and I've been thru a bunch of them, they don't open unless you want them open, no more pulling a box out of the tackle bag with gear falling out. You won't regret buying them. And Gander sells them for about half of what cabelas and bass want for them.

                The measurements given were for the exterior of the box which were inches less than the interior.
                This made it unsatisfactory for the storage of papers and documents I had intended to use it for. It is OK for keeping fishing items safe and dry. It is sturdy and durable.
