Eliminates the need to sand before applying antifouling paint. Recommended over vinylester and other blister-resistant gel coats where sanding is forbidden. Longer "tacky time" for improved recoatability. Chemically establishes adhesion necessary for subsequent coats of antifouling paint. Not for use under Horizons or vinyl bottom paints.
