    Comments about Penn Torque Surf Rod, 12':

    Have only used it one day, but it sure feels nicer and has better tip action to see a fish is on than the cheaper rods I have. Wish all my surf rods were this one.
    That said the cheaper ones catch fish too, but you get what you pay for i.e. smoother cast, much better fish feedback at the tip.

    Looks like good quality. I bought mine at the store in West Palm, so I could see what I was getting. Liked what I saw, and now like how it fishs.
