My duck boat has 2 of these installed on reels. This 3rd one I bought for my decoy spread, specifically a jerk rig. Rubber coated keeps mud from sticking, and wont corrode. It's heavy enough to hold all day if needed. Attach a bike tube to it, then a pull cord with a few swivels spaced 5' apart. works great. Easy to store with line when not in use.
